Based in Burlington, Washington Pacific Woodtech (PWT) completed the sale of the engineered wood products (EWP) business of LP Building Solutions (LP) (NYSE: LPX) for $210 million. The acquisition includes:
Golden, British Columbia – log, veneer, LVL (laminated veneer lumber) and plywood mills
Red Bluff, California – I-Joist Production and Installations
Wilmington, NC – LVL Production and Facilities
